Welcome to Boxkart. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boxkart website and the purchase of products offered by Boxkart. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General
Boxkart is a supplier of food packaging materials. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our sole discretion. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Pricing, Payment & GST
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final amount payable, inclusive of GST and shipping, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred, with a full refund issued.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, email consumer@boxkart.shop immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will not be entertained. For customised or logo-printed orders, cancellation is not permitted once artwork approval has been given or production has commenced.
5. No Returns Policy
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our food packaging products, Boxkart does not accept returns under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only in cases of goods received in a damaged condition or where incorrect items have been delivered. Any approved refund will be strictly limited to the value of the damaged or incorrect goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
6.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video
A refund claim will only be entertained if the customer provides a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
6.2 How to Submit a Refund Request
Refund requests must be emailed to consumer@boxkart.shop within 48 hours of delivery and must include: your order number, a description of the issue, the unboxing video, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items. Requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boxkart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall Boxkart’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boxkart and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products or services, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Force Majeure
Boxkart shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, government actions, industrial disputes, infrastructure failures, supplier failures, or cyber incidents. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Boxkart website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Boxkart and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Boxkart is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boxkart with respect to your use of our services.
