This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch, delivery, and shipping of orders placed on the Boxkart website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Boxkart reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.


1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

Boxkart reserves the right to delay or cancel processing where:

  • Payment has not been successfully verified;
  • The order is flagged for suspected fraud or unusual activity;
  • The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable;
  • The ordered product is temporarily out of stock.

2. Customised & Logo-Printed Orders

Boxkart offers customisation services including logo printing and branded packaging for select products.

  • Additional Production Time — Customised orders require an additional 2 business days for production, bringing the total pre-dispatch period to 3–4 business days.
  • Artwork Approval — Production begins only after the customer has submitted the required artwork and Boxkart has confirmed approval.
  • No Cancellations After Production Begins — Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable — Customised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered, subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Shipping Coverage

Boxkart currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. In the event that your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputed third-party courier and logistics providers. Carriers may include but are not limited to: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, India Post, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax. Boxkart reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier at its sole discretion.


5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Timelines apply from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement):

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 5–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas — 7–12 business days

Boxkart shall not be held liable for delays beyond these estimates.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


7. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated.


8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our logistics partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipping.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at consumer@boxkart.shop.


10. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

10.1 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.

10.2 Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop. Resolution may take 15–30 business days.

10.3 Stolen Parcels

Boxkart is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but reported stolen after delivery.


11. Bulk & Large Orders

Shipping timelines and charges for bulk orders may differ. We reserve the right to split large orders into multiple shipments.


12. Force Majeure & Shipping Delays

Boxkart shall not be held liable for delays arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, infrastructure failures, regulatory actions, or carrier failures.


13. Carrier Liability

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Claims for loss or damage must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, supported by an unboxing video and photographic evidence.


14. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to minimise transit damage. However, we cannot guarantee packaging will be entirely undamaged upon arrival as transit conditions are beyond our control.


15. GST & Taxes

All applicable GST and taxes are included in the product price. No additional taxes will be levied at delivery for domestic shipments within India.


16. Changes to This Policy

Boxkart reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
