2. How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Provide your shipping address and payment details to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
3. Can I order in bulk?
Yes, we welcome bulk orders. For large quantity requirements, please contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop for pricing, availability, and shipping arrangements tailored to your order size.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary by product and are mentioned on each product page. For custom or bulk orders, please contact us directly for MOQ details.
5. Are your products food-safe and food-grade?
Yes. All our packaging products are food-grade and comply with applicable food safety standards. They are designed to be safe for direct and indirect contact with food items.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations are only accepted within 1–2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Email consumer@boxkart.shop immediately with your order number. Once dispatched or production has begun (for customised orders), no cancellations are possible.
7. Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Sample availability depends on the product. Please reach out to us at consumer@boxkart.shop to enquire about sample orders for specific products.
8. How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated accordingly. You may contact us to enquire about restock timelines.
9. Can I reorder a previous order easily?
Yes. If you have an account, you can view your order history and reorder previous purchases directly. Alternatively, contact us with your previous order number and we will assist you.
10. Do your products come with certifications?
Many of our products meet food-grade safety standards. Specific certifications vary by product. Please contact us for certification details on a specific product before placing your order.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
12. Is it safe to pay on Boxkart?
Yes. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
13. Are prices on the website inclusive of GST?
No. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be calculated and shown at checkout and is payable by the customer in addition to the product price and shipping charges.
14. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer volume-based pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop with your requirements to receive a customised quote.
15. Will I receive a GST invoice for my order?
Yes. A GST invoice will be generated for every order and shared with you via email. If you require a business invoice with your GSTIN, please provide your GST details at the time of placing the order.
16. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, check your bank account to confirm whether the amount has been debited. If debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop with your transaction details.
17. Do you offer credit or pay-later options?
Currently, we do not offer credit terms or pay-later options for standard orders. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. For large institutional orders, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements.
🎨 Customisation & Logo Printing
27. Do you offer custom logo printing?
Yes! We offer logo printing and custom branding on select packaging products. Contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop with your requirements, artwork, and quantity to get started.
28. How long does a customised order take to dispatch?
Customised orders require an additional 2 business days for production on top of the standard 1–2 business day processing time. Total pre-dispatch time is 3–4 business days after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
29. What file format should I submit for my logo?
Please submit artwork in high-resolution vector formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF. PNG files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI are also accepted. Boxkart will not be responsible for poor print output due to low-quality artwork submitted by the customer.
30. Can I see a proof before production begins?
Yes. We will share a digital proof for your approval before commencing production. Production begins only after you provide written approval. Please review proofs carefully as changes cannot be made once production has started.
31. Can I cancel a customised order after production starts?
No. Once production of a customised order has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. Please ensure all details and artwork are correct before approving the proof.
32. Are customised products refundable?
Customised and logo-printed products are made to order and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered, subject to our Refund Policy.
33. Is there a minimum order quantity for customised products?
Yes, customised orders have a minimum order quantity which varies by product type. Please contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop for MOQ details.

48. Does Boxkart have a physical store?
Boxkart currently operates as an online-only store. We do not have a physical retail location. All orders are placed and managed through our website.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
18. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India. We do not currently offer international shipping. Delivery is subject to serviceability at your pin code by our logistics partners.
19. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery timelines from the date of dispatch: Metro cities — 3–5 business days; Tier 2 & 3 cities — 5–7 business days; Remote & rural areas — 7–12 business days. For customised orders, add 2 additional business days for production before dispatch.
20. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
21. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated.
22. Which courier partners do you use?
We work with reputed carriers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, India Post, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax. The carrier is assigned based on your location and order size.
23. What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipping.
24. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at consumer@boxkart.shop. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
25. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
We do not currently offer express or same-day delivery. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier's operational capacity.
26. My order is delayed. What should I do?
First check your tracking link for updates. If there is no movement for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated date, contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop with your order number.

34. Do you accept returns?
No. Boxkart does not accept returns under any circumstances due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our food packaging products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
35. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 1–2 hours of placing the order and provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Email consumer@boxkart.shop immediately with your order number. Cancellations are not possible for customised orders once production has begun.
36. What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of delivery. Then email us at consumer@boxkart.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and photographs of the damaged items. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
37. What if I receive the wrong items?
Follow the same process as for damaged goods — record an unboxing video and contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop within 48 hours with your order number, video, and photographs.
38. How long do I have to raise a refund claim?
All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered under any circumstances.
39. Will my shipping charges or GST be refunded?
No. Shipping charges and GST are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including in approved refund cases.
40. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
41. Why is an unboxing video mandatory for refund claims?
The unboxing video serves as objective, tamper-proof evidence of the condition of goods at the time of delivery. It protects both the customer and Boxkart from fraudulent or disputed claims and ensures fair resolution of genuine issues.

42. Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and reorder easily.
43. How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link in your inbox. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
44. How does Boxkart use my personal data?
We use your personal data to process orders, manage your account, provide customer support, and send relevant communications. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
45. How can I request deletion of my account and data?
Email us at consumer@boxkart.shop to request deletion of your account and personal data. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
46. How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us at consumer@boxkart.shop. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) cannot be opted out of.
