This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Boxkart website. By placing an order with Boxkart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety. Boxkart reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.


1. No Returns Policy

Boxkart deals exclusively in food packaging materials. Due to the hygiene-sensitive and consumable-contact nature of our products, we strictly do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned regardless of the reason.


2. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email consumer@boxkart.shop immediately with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request — [Your Order Number]”.

  • The request is submitted more than 2 hours after the order was placed;
  • The order has already been processed or dispatched;
  • The order is for customised or logo-printed products and production has commenced.

Where a valid cancellation is approved, a full refund of the product value will be issued. Shipping charges and GST are non-refundable.


3. Refunds — General Position

All sales are final. Refunds are an exception and not a right, considered solely at Boxkart’s discretion under the specific circumstances described in this Policy.


4. Eligible Circumstances for Refund Claims

  • Goods damaged in transit — visibly damaged upon delivery due to mishandling during shipping.
  • Wrong items delivered — items received are materially different from what was ordered.

Any refund will be strictly limited to the value of the damaged or incorrect goods only. Shipping charges, GST, and ancillary costs are non-refundable.


5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. The customer must record a continuous, unedited, uninterrupted video of the unboxing at the time of delivery, clearly showing the outer packaging and contents as unpacked, in a single take with no cuts or edits.

Any refund request without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected without review or appeal.


6. How to Submit a Refund Request

Submit within 48 hours of delivery to consumer@boxkart.shop with subject “Refund Request — [Order Number]” including: full name, order number, description of issue, unboxing video, and photographs of damaged/incorrect items.


7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer;
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling;
  • Minor variations in colour or appearance not affecting functionality;
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier;
  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video;
  • Refund request submitted after 48 hours of delivery;
  • Products used, opened beyond unboxing, or tampered with;
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer;
  • GST, shipping charges, or any fees paid at checkout;
  • Force Majeure events.

8. Force Majeure & Acts of God

Boxkart bears no liability for delays or non-delivery arising from events beyond our control including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, logistics failures, infrastructure failures, or cyber incidents.


9. Carrier & Logistics Liability

Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Boxkart is not liable for transit delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping.


10. Limitation of Liability

Boxkart’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific damaged or incorrect goods, excluding shipping, GST, and fees. No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages apply.


11. Fraudulent Claims

Customers submitting manipulated or fabricated evidence will be permanently blacklisted. Boxkart reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.


12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


13. GST & Pricing

All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated at checkout. GST paid is strictly non-refundable.


14. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
