3 Ways to Track Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a direct courier link. Search your inbox and spam folder for an email from Boxkart.

Can’t find your email or don’t have an account? Share your order number (starts with #) and we’ll get back to you within a few hours. Available Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST.
Tracking activates within 24 hours of dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees & India Post depending on your location and order size.
Metro cities: 3–5 days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 days. Remote areas: 7–12 business days from dispatch.
